Having issues logging in or resetting passwords? Here’s how to fix them
Change your password
If you need to change your password, you can do so at any time.
Log in to the Cura platform. In the top-right of your screen, click your name and then click Edit Profile
Scroll down to the Change Password section. Type in your old (existing) password. Then, type in a new password and re-enter it
Click Save Changes to confirm your password change
Reset your password
Forgotten your password? No sweat. Resetting it is easy.
Go to the Cura platform login page - https://www.curaeducation.com/login - and select your region
Click Lost password?
Enter your school email address which is used for your Cura account. Click Reset Password
You’ll be emailed a link to reset your password. Click that link, create a new password and re-enter it, then you’ll be able to log in
If your students forget their passwords, they can follow the same process.
